As taintradio.org begins its 4th week of operations, I would like to point out new features and we bring them on-line.
- Playlists for each program are now posted for each program shortly after the conclusion of the programs. If you hear music that you would like to seek out and acquire for your own music collection, playlists will help facilitate that process.
- If you have comments, questions, suggestions or observations concerning taintradio, please send them to comments@taintradio.org. You may also direct your queries to individual program hosts by clicking on the program on the main menu. Your feedback is particularly important to us while we are still in the process of launching taintradio.
- We are committed to encouraging two-way communication. Please do not hesitate to shoot any of an email when the notion strikes you. We promise to respond quickly. On some of our programs, such as “tonight in taint town - live” we can pretty much guarantee our response in real-time, while the program is still on the air.
- We have not yet attempted to publicize taintradio, feeling that we need a quiet launch and a shake-down period to remedy any glitches we encounter. However, we have already received financial support from some of our “early adapters.” We are shipping an increasing number of taintradio t-shirts, tank-tops and bumper stickers each week. Thanks. We needed that. On that note, although we operate as a listener-supported organization, we will keep the fundraising out of the programming itself. Hence the tip jar. We’d rather talk about music, not money.
Thanks. Write soon.
