  1. Ooops. Seem to have left off one movement of the Bartok 4th quartet—the fourth, all-pizzicato movement, even though I discussed it a bit in the post-announcement. Sometimes these omissions are glitches in the technology, like the recent subtraction of half a Brahms movement, but this time mishap was mine. The quartet held up pretty well without it, I thought, but would have been a lot better as written. I’ll do a makeup, either the movement alone, soon, or the whole quartet, a little later. Plink!

  2. Hadn’t heard “Gloria” in a dog’s age. The rest of the household hadn’t heard it at all, and was intrigued.
